MetaT8: continuity for mental health care
MetaT8 is continuity infrastructure for mental health. A week has 168 hours and a therapy session takes one; MetaT8 holds the other 167, for patients and their clinicians.

What MetaT8 is
Most of mental health treatment happens outside the session. A patient may see their clinician for one hour in a week, and the other 167 hours are theirs to get through alone.
MetaT8 is built for those hours. It is continuity infrastructure: technology that keeps care connected between sessions, for patients and for the clinicians treating them. It is designed to deepen the trust between a patient and a clinician, not to replace it.
MetaT8 is built by the Aidem Labs team.
